Privacy Policy (Beta)

1. Data Minimisation

We only collect what is necessary to track your macros: your Google ID (via OAuth 2.0), your food descriptions, and food weights. We don't ask for your phone number, your mother's maiden name, or access to your contacts.

Food descriptions and AI-estimated macro values may be retained in anonymised form (no account linkage) to improve future estimates for everyone.

2. Integration & Sync

If you choose to connect a third-party service, we only transmit daily nutritional totals. We are a utility, not a data broker. We never sell your data.

3. Ownership

You own your data. You can delete your account and all associated logs instantly via the app settings. Once you hit delete, it's gone from our database within 48 hours.

4. Contact & Data Controller

For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the data controller for LeMakros is the Founder. For data export requests, account deletion, or any privacy concerns, contact us at support@lemakros.app.

5. The "Lemak" Clause

Le Makros is a localised play on "Lemak" (Fat) and "Macros." Our mission is to bridge the gap between local culture and precise science. Your privacy is a core part of that bridge.
